The seminar brings together 26 cybersecurity practitioners from a range of government agencies, academia, and private business of 24 partner-nations around the world.
This year's conference, jointly hosted by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense of Ukraine and Bulgaria, drew delegations from 43 countries and 9 international organizations.
This new course consolidates GCMC's former programs focused on Europe's east, south, and northern flanks, providing a comprehensive platform for in-depth analysis of regional conflicts and challenges both within Europe and beyond.
The event, hosted by Mr. Răzvan Prișcă, Member of the Chamber of Deputies, was also attended by Romanian Senator Roberta Anastase, GCMC leadership and professors on strategic and regional security studies.
Alumni in attendance represented a span of 25 years of GCMC resident courses and acknowledged the Regional Center’s long-term engagement and networking efforts.
