Local community club, Friends of the Marshall Center (FOMC), recently hosted an informative evening, inviting members from the Rotary Club, Kiwanis Club, and Lions Club for an update on the ongoing Russian war on Ukraine.
The workshop served as a platform for the exchange of legal perspectives and operational experiences regarding the processing, sharing, and safeguarding of personal data
The highlight of the event was the opportunity to compete for the prestigious Bundeswehr Schützenschnur, a marksmanship badge awarded by the German armed forces.
This year's conference, jointly hosted by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense of Ukraine and Bulgaria, drew delegations from 43 countries and 9 international organizations.
The event, hosted by Mr. Răzvan Prișcă, Member of the Chamber of Deputies, was also attended by Romanian Senator Roberta Anastase, GCMC leadership and professors on strategic and regional security studies.
Alumni in attendance represented a span of 25 years of GCMC resident courses and acknowledged the Regional Center’s long-term engagement and networking efforts.
