Transnational Organized Crime is Focus in New Edition of Per Concordiam Magazine

GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Oct. 20, 2016) – Transnational Organized Crime is the focus of the most current edition of Per Concordiam magazine released today. 

This edition features 11 articles written by an international cadre of experts who specialize in organized crime.  Fighting organized crime in Kosovo, joint investigative teams, managing mixed migration flows to Europe and building trust to fight cyber crime are some of the areas explored.

Marshall Center Program Director for Black Sea and Eurasia Valbona Zeneli wrote about “Corruption and Government Effectiveness:  The Influence of Transnational Organized Crime.”
