Ines Feismann joined the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in March 2024. She is a faculty researcher in regional security studies, specializing in hybrid threats and human security.
Prior to joining the Marshall Center, Feismann worked for the Council of Europe in Tirana, Albania, as regional gender advisor, where she supported cooperation programs across the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
Earlier in her career, Feismann worked in international field missions for the EU and the OSCE, including in Georgia and Ukraine, where she focused on hybrid threats and human security issues. She started her career as a project manager for international cooperation projects in Myanmar and Laos, focusing on good governance and support for community-based organizations.
