The course was created nearly two years ago to help practitioners identify the actions adversarial states employ in the Grey Zone below the threshold of direct military conflict to undermine the security of democratic states.
He also analyzed the changing security priorities and security perception of global actors in the contemporary era which allowed various non-state threats to converge in different parts of the globe.
The program brought together experts and practitioners from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East to examine the security and defense implications of climate change in the Mediterranean.
