Marshall Center Counterterrorism Participates Delve into ‘Terrorist Strategy, Tactics’

GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Feb. 27, 2015) – Professor James Wither, professor of National Security Studies, lectures on Terrorist Strategy and Tactics to 72 participants from 54 countries at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies Feb. 27 here.
Terrorist Strategy and Tactics will take up the morning and this afternoon, participants will watch the video – Terror in Mumbai.
The PTSS course addresses numerous aspects of a threat that confronts nations around the globe.
The four-week course is designed for government officials, military officers and police administrators currently working in mid- and upper- level management positions of counterterrorism organizations throughout the world.
