To register, prospective students must have their Command Language Program Manager (CLPM) send a completed enrollment form to pltce [at] marshallcenter.org (PLTCE[at]marshallcenter[dot]org) no later than 2 weeks prior the start of their desired class date. CLPMs are the only approved individuals with the authority to register students unless a prospective student is remotely assigned and without access to a CLPM. 

Resident Course Information 

• DLPT score 2/2 or higher. Test date on DLPT must be within 24 months.
• FY26 course cost is $2,800 and includes instruction, meals, and billeting.
• Five weeks of language class equaling 160 hours of training.

PLTCE Dress Code is business casual.
