CISS Dean encourages Romanian researchers to get the most from Marshall Center visit

GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Oct. 27, 2015) – “Be active. Ask questions. Take this opportunity to look at our databases,” said Dr. Robert Brannon, dean of the College of International Security Studies at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.
On Monday, Brannon spoke to 40 military and civilian staff members from the National Defense University Carol I of Romania, who are here attending the second Research Seminar in International Security until Friday.
The objectives of this seminar is to familiarize students on how to research security-related topics of mutual understanding between the U.S, Germany, and Romania at the Marshall Center.
