GARMISCH-PARTENKRICHEN, Germany (Sept. 1, 2017) - The George C. Marshall European Center Alumni Programs Office is seeking alumni research proposals for its 2018 Alumni Scholars Program.

There are 15 scholarships available to Marshall Center alumni to complete in-residence research at the Marshall Center.

The scholarship includes five weeks in-residence including transportation, meals, lodging, and per diem expenses.

Scholars will also be provided an office and assigned a faculty mentor.  At the conclusion of the five weeks, Scholars will deliver a 30-minute presentation to the faculty on their research project and complete a 2,500 word paper for publication consideration in a Marshall Center publication.

Last year, Marshall Center Alumni programs received more than 200 applications and awarded 12 scholarships.

Completed applications must be received by Sept. 30, 2017 to be considered.
