Marshall Center professors talked about the challenges of employing armed forces in counterterrorism.

The Marshall Center supported this initiative with needs assessment activities in the Western Balkans’ region.

This workshop brought together a group of nine international experts from the European Union, the United States, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

The lecture included an overview on the development of the protection of human rights and civil liberties.
