The Seminar on Russia (SoR) course is an interactive, multidisciplinary course designed to provide mid- to senior-level security professionals and practitioners, civil servants, and academic experts an opportunity to develop a foundational strategic understanding of Russia. The course provides detailed insights into Russia’s behavior, strategic thinking, capabilities, international partnerships, and global approach. Further, it leverages the unique functional and geographical diversity of participants and harnesses their expertise and critical thinking to identify and interrogate Russia’s alternative future trajectories.
