Strategic Insights are authored by Marshall Center faculty, staff, fellows, alumni, and others affiliated with the Marshall Center. The series is published by the Marshall Center, located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, under ISSN 3053-0326. The series launched in 2025.
