Dr. Matt Rhodes, professor of National Security Studies and director of the Central and South Eastern Europe Program at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, and Dr. Valbona Zeneli, professor of National Security Studies and director, Black Sea and Eurasia Program at the Marshall Center, attended the "Croatia in Contemporary Security Environment - Threats, Challenges and Responses" conference last summer.
