GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Feb. 13, 2015) – United Kingdom Royal Air Force Air Marshal Graham Stacey, deputy commander Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum, talks about the pursuit of security, stability and prosperity throughout the world to 46 graduates from 32 countries of the Program on Security Sector Capacity Building Feb. 12 at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies here.

The SSCB is a three-week program that aims to assist partner and allied countries, as well as states recovering from internal conflict, to reform and build successful and enduring security institutions and agencies.

The mission of the Marshall Center, as a vital instrument of German-American cooperation, is to create a more stable security environment by advancing democratic institutions and relationships; promoting active, peaceful, whole-of-government approaches to address transnational and regional security challenges; and creating and enhancing enduring partnerships worldwide.
