GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Feb. 11, 2015) – Participants of the Program on Security Sector Capacity Building graduate Feb. 11. The SSCB is a three-week program with 46 participants from 32 countries that aims to assist partner and allied countries, as well as states recovering from internal conflict, to reform and build successful and enduring security institutions and agencies.

The mission of the Marshall Center, as a vital instrument of German-American cooperation, is to create a more stable security environment by advancing democratic institutions and relationships; promoting active, peaceful, whole-of-government approaches to address transnational and regional security challenges; and creating and enhancing enduring partnerships worldwide.
