GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany –  Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith W. Dayton, director of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, welcomes 18 members of the Parliaments of Albania, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia attending the Seminar in National Security Policy June 10 at the Marshall Center here.

The event, held June 10 to 12, covered several security policy topics. The mission of the Marshall Center is to create a more stable security environment by advancing democratic institutions and relationships, especially in the field of defense; promoting active, peaceful security cooperation; and enhancing enduring partnerships among the nations of North America, Europe and Eurasia.
