PLTCE conducts outreach upon approved request.  Subject areas include consultation on language and personnel policies, language programme execution including testing programmes according to NATO standards.  Tailored seminars on teaching methodology and language assessment topics have been offered.  PLTCE conducts these activities in close cooperation with the NATO/partner language community as realized in the Bureau for International Language Coordination (BILC)  www.natobilc.org  as well as sister NATO Partner Training and Education Centre (PTEC) language schools in Bulgaria, Slovenia and Jordan.  This large NATO/partner language community provides PLTCE with a pool of expertise that is much greater than PLTCE itself.
