The Partner Language Training Center, Europe (PLTCE) offers intermediate, advanced and specialized classroom instruction in ten languages and dialects for 400 U.S., NATO/PfP military and civilian linguists each year. The following languages are included: Arabic, French, German, Persian-Farsi, Russian and Serbian-Croatian. PLTCE also conducts classes in English and German as foreign languages for another 400 international participants of the Marshall Center’s resident security studies programs.
