The Mueller Fitness Center, located on Sheridan Kaserne, is a 20,000 sq. ft. facility with state-of-the-art resistance training and cardiovascular equipment. It also houses newly renovated men's and women's saunas with dunk tanks and foot bathes and a massage area with two massage therapists. There are locker rooms with permanent and daily issue lockers and shower facilities. A full size court for basketball and volleyball as well as two racquetball courts are available for use. A large exercise room is provided where exercise classes such as Spinning, Aerobics,Pilates, and Resist-a-ball are scheduled.

The Fitness Center offers a year-round adult intramural sports program to include: Softball, Volleyball, Soccer, and Basketball. There are also year-round outdoor recreation programs to include: Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowshoeing, White Water Rafting, Kayaking, Mountain Hiking, Paragliding,and Bunjee Jumping.
