Czech Officials and Alumni in Prague and Brno Give High Marks to Col. Howcroft’s Stability Operations Lecture October 24-25, 2007 Marshall Center Professor Col. James Howcroft presented his lecture, "Security and Stability Operations: 10 Lessons to Learn from Afghanistan and Iraq," to several audiences in the Czech Republic on 24-25 October 2007. More than 150 Czech officials, including 50 Marshall Center alumni representing five different ministries, attended one of Col. Howcroft's three lectures. We wish to express our profound thanks to the U.S. Embassy Office for Defense Cooperation team, particularly Ms. Gabi Kroupova, Marshall Center Program Manager, for organizing the event.
