Only a Command Language Program Manager (CLPM) can register a student unless they are remote. To register a student a Student bio/information sheet must be received. Reservations can be made for a slot in a certain language in advance but the student information must be received no later than the Tuesday before the start of class.

Check in is the Sunday prior to the start of class 1200 – 1800 (Central European Time).
In order to arrange early arrival, the Student or unit must make arrangements 2 weeks prior.
Students must come with a copy of their TDY orders. Travel to Germany requires only a military ID card and orders but it is highly recommend students come with a passport. Travel to other countries may require a passport. All 15 week course students MUST come with a passport.
Do not show up unannounced or try to coordinate early arrival at the last minute!. If a student shows up with out having a pre-registration slot, they might be returned home at the unit’s expense. ONLY if there is space available in the classroom will the student be allowed to stay either in the barracks or on the economy if they have prior permission from their unit.
PLTCE has limited bed space and limited classroom space.
Graduation is the last Friday of the course at roughly 1500 and students must clear the barracks NLT on Saturday, unless coordinated with the MLI / NCOIC.
