Participants will be ready to begin their work in Marshall Center resident courses because a comfortable place to live and prepared meals are part of the “Marshall Center” experience.
The Marshall Center provides rooms with a computer with Internet access as well as all the amenities of a modern hotel including phone; television; laundry facilities, and recreation facilities.
Participants never go hungry. Three meals are provided seven-days-a-week at the Marshall Center Dining Facility. Buffet-style service and tables are set to accommodate small and large groups. Meal options also accommodate religious and dietary restrictions and include vegetarian options.
Keeping participants active outside the class room is also a part of the Marshall Center experience. Participants can maintain their physical fitness routine at the Mueller Fitness Center--a fully-equipped facility with weights, treadmills, a full-sized court for basketball or volleyball, two racquetball courts, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas.
The local Garmisch-Partenkirchen area is also world-renowned for year-round outdoor recreation programs such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and more. Day or weekend trips to Germany, Italy and other nearby countries are available.
The Marshall Center faculty also organize many other opportunities for participants to get to know each other at Grill Fest and other seminar activities.
