Title: “Radicalization and De-radicalization of Terrorists in Prison: What can we do about this Important Issue?”
- Enhance the value of the Marshall Center’s and U.S. DOD regional centers’ network of countering terrorism alumni by strengthening ties and encouraging the exchange of ideas and collaboration.
- Provide an avenue for partners and stakeholders to engage with, support and benefit from the alumni network.
- Discuss and exchange ideas, best practices and recommendations of how to deal with terrorists in prison.
- Use the knowledge and experience of Marshall Center and other DOD Regional Center graduates to contribute to the relevance and currency of subsequent Marshall Center PTSS courses.

Number of times the workshop has been held: This is the ninth successive Counterterrorism Alumni Community of Interest event that started with an inaugural workshop in October 2010.
Class Composition/demographics: 56 alumni from 40 countries. There are four females and 60 males. There are 29 from the military and 33 from civilian and law enforcement agencies.
