TSONJIN BOLDOG, Mongolia -- Standing in front of the Genghis Khan Equestrian Statue about 34 miles from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Honolulu, Hawaii and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, are attending a joint regional counter-terrorism seminar in Mongolia this week. The Marshall Center alumni team also met with Mongolian Alumni Association leadership. The Marshall Center and the Asia-Pacific Center are two of the five regional centers managed by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency in Washington, D.C. Click for larger image.
