GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Jan. 4, 2013) – Dr. Sven Gareis stands with co-editors Gunther Hauser and Franz Kernic during a ceremony Dec. 14 for the launch of their book “The European Union - A Global Actor?” at the Austrian Press Association building. Several international reporters attended the book launch as well as the commandant of the Austrian Defense Academy, Lt. Gen. Erich Csitkovics; and Ambassadors Gerhard Doujak and Gerhard Jandl.
