Welcome to the Marshall Center

Following an opening address by US Ambassador Nancy McEldowney, the Director led a security roundtable entitled "Defense and Foreign Policy Directions under the Obama Administration" to a gathering of 68 alumni and guests. After the presentation, there followed discussions and refreshments.

This was the first visit by the director in four years, having last visited Bulgaria in February 2005.

Dr. Rose takes time out to acknowledge all the support the ODC and in particular, Ms. Tedi Koteva, has given to the Marshall Center over the years by presenting her with a Bulgarian ‘Hall of Nations' picture.
