National Public Radio reporter Tom Bowman, who regularly reports from Afghanistan for the network, answers a question from a Marshall Center participant April 24 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Bowman spoke during the Program in Advanced Security Studies field study trip to the nation's capital.
