Each year, the George C. Marshall Center’s College for International Security Studies accepts a small number of students to participate in its internship program. The duration of the internships range from four weeks to three months. Interns generally receive €300 Euro per month.
The internship program is intended for students in bachelor’s or master’s degree courses who are required to do an internship or who volunteer for an internship out of interest, provided they have not yet completed an internship with a German federal agency. Applicants must be enrolled as students at a university or similar educational facility for the entire duration of their internship.
Every intern will be tutored by a faculty member who supervises him/her during the internship. The working language is English.
If you are interested in applying, please send us a letter of motivation with the specific time frame of your internship including your preferred supervisors (see faculty bios) and a current CV, including a photo. Your short letter of motivation should include information about your academic background, your research interests, and why you think that the Marshall Center would be a good institution for your internship.
